The key feature is Luminox's famous Tritium Illumination for perfect low light and night time visibility. Tritium glows 100 times brighter than ordinary watches using phosphorescent paint.

The model 1848 is a STANDARD MEN'S SIZE model (42 millimeter diameter) and features an black dial and a stitched, black leather strap. The watch features a virtually scratch proof sapphire glass crystal and is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet) below sea level.
